Motivational OSH Training
Dr. Straub is well-known for his motivation coaching style to adult learners for a wide-range of OSH topics. After sharing over thirty years of his OSH knowledge and wisdom, participants in Dr. Straub’s OSH training programs walk out energized and prepared to implement their newfound knowledge in their worksite.
Dr. Straub is often quoted: “In the absence of education we have ignorance.” This observation is never truer than in the OSH field. Ignorance to a risk or hazard can mean the difference between life and death when dealing with a fatality or serious injury (FSI) potential such as confined spaces, workplace violence, machine guarding, falls, temperature extremes, defensive driving, silica, bloodborne pathogens, industrial hygiene, active shooter, scaffolding, etc.
You need not be a nested OSH management Client to avail yourself of Dr. Straub’s positive coaching style. Please contact Prospering Safely to discuss your risks and training needs. It is our honor to tailor a training module to your unique exposures. While some topics have fixed training durations many have flexibility based upon the prior knowledge level of your affected workers.
What follows is an alphabetical listing of some of the available OSH training topics for all classifications of employers. Please remember, all training programs are customized to the Client’s operations, liabilities, and the audience (e.g., top management, supervisory, or hourly).
